Hannah creates a space that is at once calm, open, direct and compassionate. She is absolutely excellent at setting me at ease, allowing me to share deeply and be vulnerable without fear, and this in itself helped minimise the issues I was working through. Her manner and knowledge sharing of  the science behind the therapy was just illuminating, not too much information or too little but enough to be useful and motivating.

The sessions for me combined taking time out, relaxation and also time for personal reflection and  working with Hannah I have seen changes in how I deal with things that usually had me anxious. “Having tried different therapies over the years but never hypnotherapy I was reluctant to begin sessions with Hannah. I had negative feelings about this approach imagining trance like states in which I would have no control.

Almost immediately Hannah began to dispel my negativity by her confident, informed and caring attitude. She soon showed me how knowledge of the workings of the brain impacts on general health and anxiety. She made it so clear how the primitive brain dominates us at certain times and fuels anxiety.
