At Find Calm Hypnotherapy, I support women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck to gently reconnect with calm and inner strength.
Through compassionate, evidence-based hypnotherapy, you can release what’s holding you back and move forward feeling grounded, confident, and in control.
I know how exhausting it can feel to constantly hold everything together while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself.
My approach to hypnotherapy is gentle, supportive, and empowering. I create a safe space where you can relax, feel heard, and make meaningful change at your own pace.
I work primarily with women who want to feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
I am a qualified, accredited Solution Focused Hypnotherapist in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Positive Psychotherapy. I have a diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DFSH), I am a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), and I adhere to their high codes of conduct and ethics. I have a current Enhanced Disclosure and Barring (DBS) certificate and am fully insured.
